**Job Description**:
Prakara is excited to welcome passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Sales Operations and Community Engagement Associates. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to embark on a rewarding career journey, where they will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales operations and engaging with our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including data management, report generation, and coordination of sales activities.

Collaborate with the marketing and communication teams to develop engaging content for community engagement initiatives across various platforms.

Participate in community events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote brand awareness and build positive relationships within the community.

Monitor and analyse community feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities and contribute to ongoing reporting efforts.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales operations and community engagement to bring fresh insights to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,955.56 - ₹20,000.00 per month
