  • 10-15 Years exp seasoned BA/Prodcut owner for this role who would not be coding but closely working with technology team and business stakeholders.*qualified in IT or related discipline with multiple years of demonstrated experience as a Tech Business Analyst or Tech Product Owner.
  • 3+ years of digital delivery experiences using microservices
  • Background in delivering cloud-native solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and proven track record solving difficult problems
  • Experience with test-driven development, test automation & continuous delivery
  • Outstanding social and communication skills, with a passion for mentoring, knowledge sharing and peer programming
  • Experienced in Agile / Scrum projects

Desirable skills & knowledge:

  • Experience in writing Epic / Feature / User Stories.
  • Ability to write tech and business user stories, acceptance criteria etc.
  • Key liaison between business & tech stakeholders;
  • Experience in facilitating stakeholder workshops to define and document scope & requirements;
  • Experience working in an agile environment including the use of tools such as Jira, RALLY and Confluence will be considered favourably;
  • Ability to clearly represent consolidated findings;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions;
  • Appreciation for working through difficult problems, is self-motivated to work autonomously as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
