Key Responsibilities :


  • Conduct proactive outreach to customers for feedback on their experience with The Bare Bar's products and services.
  • Engage with potential clients, including individuals interested in gifting options or corporate clients looking for bulk orders or customized solutions.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and professional responses to customer queries.
  • Conduct sales outreach to potential clients, introducing them to The Bare Bar’s offerings and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotions, campaigns, and follow-up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
  • Support the customer journey by ensuring all interactions are aligned with The Bare Bar’s mission of providing a sustainable and authentic experience.
  • Report customer feedback and insights to the marketing and product development teams to help refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.


Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and potential clients.
  • Proactive and organized, with strong multitasking abilities to manage outreach and follow-up activities.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for sustainability and eco-friendly products.
