We bring you a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to disrupt the 500-year-old industry with technology at its core.We urge you to refer to the below to understand how we are changing the restaurant industry before applying at Rebel Foods.5f2a659c43dbDescription – Assistant Manager (Training)Department: Training / L&DLocation:MumbaiReports To: Manager – TrainingTravel: Required (kitchen visits & on-site training)Role OverviewThe Assistant Manager – Training will support the end-to-end training function by developing training content, checklists, and PPTs, delivering training sessions, and conducting field/kitchen visits to ensure operational and hygiene standards. The role focuses on building team capability and maintaining consistent service quality.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Development & Content- Create and update training manuals, SOPs, checklists, assessments, and job aids.- Develop PPTs and visual training materials aligned with brand standards.Training Delivery- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-job training sessions for new and existing staff.- Facilitate modules on operations, hygiene, product knowledge, and customer service.Field Visits & Operational Support- Perform regular kitchen/store visits to assess training needs and operational gaps.- Provide on-ground coaching; ensure SOPs and hygiene standards are met.Coordination & Reporting- Coordinate training schedules with HR and Operations.- Maintain training records, feedback, attendance, and monthly reports.Skills & Competencies- Content writing & instructional design skills- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel- Excellent communication & presentation skills- Understanding of kitchen/F&B operations (preferred)- Willingness to travel and work on-fieldQualification & Experience- Bachelor’s degree.- 2–4 years’ experience in training.
