Azure Kubernetes Engineer — Build bulletproof infrastructure for regulated industries (On site only)
Location : Ahmedabad, Bangalore/Bengaluru, Hyderabad, India (Onsite)
Experience Level : 3-9 Years

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage infrastructure across Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other cloud providers 
  • Build and scale microservices-based architectures with strong service isolation and observability 
  • Automate workload orchestration using Ansible or custom scripting 
  • Integrate Kubernetes into CI/CD pipelines — especially Azure DevOps 
  • Tune infrastructure for performance, scalability, and regulatory reliability
  • Support secure multi-tenant environments and compliance needs (e.g., HIPAA/FDA)

Must-Have Skills:

  • 3–9 years of hands-on experience in production Kubernetes environments 
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure tuning within Kubernetes clusters 
  • Real-world exposure to blue-green and canary deployment strategies 
  • Solid understanding of microservices principles and network security in distributed systems 
  • Deep expertise in containerization with Docker 
  • Proven experience with CI/CD integration for k8s 
  • Automation via Ansible, shell scripting, or similar tools 

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Multi-cloud cluster management (AWS, GCP, Azure — including AKS) 

  • Experience with Kubernetes observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd) 

  • Experience with Helm, ArgoCD, or Flux for GitOps-based delivery 

  • Familiarity with service meshes, ingress controllers, and pod security policies 

  • Knowledge of policy-as-code and compliance automation (OPA/Gatekeeper)
