For more information, please visit SummaryThe role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects for DeluxeThe role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholders The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecksThe role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment and driving global projects Outcomes and Accomplishments:As a Project manager, you will:The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographiesThe projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelinesLiaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverablesTrack project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reportsDrive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders Project Manage initiatives to drive digital supply chain process improvements to successfully and rapidly deploy scalable, end-to-end content fulfillment automation solutions to Deluxe’s Localization and Fulfilment platforms, including ONE and SferaImplement global processes and governance to streamline the migration of existing clients and new customers to the platformsDefine, prioritize, and clarify requirement user stories;

working with others to understand use cases, features, return on investment metrics and overall product goalsOther duties as identified and assigned.What You Bring:Candidate must have a graduate degree;

MBA preferred with goodacademic track record.Should have 5 to 10 Years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APACPMP certification is preferred.Understanding of content fulfilment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms preferrableExperience exhibiting overall understanding and knowledge of the video post-production process, media operations, digital video deliveries, commercial localization software (e.G. WinCaps, Cavena, Canvass and Fuzion) utilized in OTT, Broadcast, Theatrical and Home Entertainment a plusAbility to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority – strong technical background a plusExcellent command on English language.Individual should have strong analytical, problem solving, people management and influencing skillsExcellent command on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
