Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility-

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress-

Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget-

Ensure resource availability and allocation with required profitability-

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs-

Experience in any one of Data engineering, DevOps, SRE (Site Reliability Engineer) projects-

Project Management knowledge and experience, including Agile methodologies, demonstrated as part of/within current/previous role(s)-

Coordinating internal resources and all stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.-

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques-

Report and escalate to management as needed-

Perform risk management to minimize project risks-

Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Documentation process like SOW, SOP etc, Excellent in excel and PPT. Monitor all project activities-

Managing the team with all the task allocation and providing feedback and appraisal-

Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for the management-

Securing growth opportunities and initiating new projects-

Individual contributor, managing large and diverse teams-

Experience in managing both development and support related projects-

Will be responsible for milestone deliveries and obtain sign-off for the same-

Detailed knowledge of software development/delivery lifecycle (SDLC) & agile best practices (like DevOps, BDD, CI/CD, …)-

Orchestrate and drive the successful and timely completion of tasks to achieve customer organizational goals, including the identification and mitigation of risks and issues which may impact the project-

Work with the customer to understand their current state processes, goals, and priorities in order to provide implementation strategy, scope, rollout, and staffing recommendations-

Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders, including project sponsors, subject matter experts, and project team members in a timely and consistent manner-

Review and monitor project work to ensure forward progress is made and work is completed on time and within budget-

Identify, monitor, and communicate project-related risks or issues and mitigation plans including scope changes that may arise during the implementation-

Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional discussions and decisions with subject matter experts within key functional areas-

Ability to understand the organization’s strategic priorities and adapt project timelines and tasks accordingly-

Lead onsite and offsite meetings and training events-

Drive data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, and issue resolution-

Share and encourage others to share and use the lessons learned from project work in order to identify and implement process improvements Skills-

Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering-

Proven working experience in managing multiple projects including Data Engineering projects, DevOps or SRE-

Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development in Data engineering and cloud technologies-

Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills-

Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills-

Good knowledge in any one cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)-

PMP certification is a plus
