The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, write, and test CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.g., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes).- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.- Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies.- Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction.- Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.- Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise.- Maintain documentation and program archives.- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications:- Engineering graduate with B. Tech Mech preferred.- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).- Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.).- Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.- Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc).- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.➕ Preferred Skills (optional):- Alpha CAM- Wcam- Solidworks- Auto CAD- English CommunicationWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits- Opportunities for advancement and training- Greater work-life balance- Work from home
