The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, write, and test CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.g., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes). - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements. - Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies. - Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction. - Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes. - Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise. - Maintain documentation and program archives. - Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications:- Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred. - Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred). - Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.). - Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations. - Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc). - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.➕ Preferred Skills (optional):- AlphaCAM - Wcam - Solidworks - AutoCAD - English CommunicationWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary and benefits - Opportunities for advancement and training - Greater work-life balance - Work from home
