Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize DSP algorithms for consumer products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Conduct thorough system-level performance analysis and optimization.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure product quality and reliability.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers in technical aspects of the project.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in DSP technology and industry trends.

- Collaborate with offshore development teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 4-8 years of overall experience in the software industry.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in embedded software development or testing.

- 4+ years of proficiency in C/C++ or other structured programming languages.

- 4+ years of experience in the DSP and/or audio field.

- In-depth knowledge of DSP platforms, their features, strengths, and weaknesses.

- Proven experience in developing consumer products.

- Expertise in tuning and calibrating systems of algorithms.

- Strong understanding of algorithm development methodologies.

- Proficiency in using embedded system debuggers, emulators, and compilers.

- Solid grasp of embedded operating systems concepts (schedulers, memory management, driver models, RTOS).

- Experience leading and collaborating with offshore development teams.

- Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Experience with specific DSP platforms.

- Knowledge of specific audio codecs or standards.


- Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence techniques.
