·         Duration: ASAP to June 30th, 2024, with strong potential for extension.

·         Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company that specializes in providing innovative solutions in the industry.

·         Role Summary: As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting the CVP (COO) and the Sales and Enablement and Operations team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, contribute to strategic projects, and gain executive presence to enhance your professional growth.

 

4. What are the key responsibilities?

·         Responsibilities and Duties:

·         Provide strategic calendar management and meeting logistics for the executive, prioritizing high-profile and confidential topics.

·         Act as a liaison between executives, central teams, and other business partners, driving collaboration and communication.

·         Manage resources, including purchase/expense management and financial management, for the executive office.

·         Partner with relevant teams for space management and planning, ensuring a productive and efficient executive office.

·         Coordinate travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and address changes and escalations during business travel.

 

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?

·         MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:

·         Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.

·         10+ years of Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience supporting executive/upper level management.

·         Extensive experience in calendar management, meeting logistics, and travel management.

·         Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

·         Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and calendaring.

·         Strong business acumen, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
