Job DescriptionJob TitleTechnical Project ManagerJob Description- Technical Project ManagerStrong affinity towards project planning with emphasis on ImplementationEnsure project implementations are within defined timeframe of completion with status updates to the client team and deliver web-based training/presentations covering training on new releases and product functionality to ensure successful and timely implementation for our clientsWork collaboratively with internal parties to administer the client side, meet/exceed productivity targets, accuracy with forecasting, customer satisfaction scores to ensure value add with our clientsSupport Ongoing Customer Work and New Partner Implementations, services deployment in a SaaS environmentWorking experience in Agile methodologyMitigate conflict at the client management levelManage software implementations from contract execution to post-production, to ensure successful completion on-time and within budgetManage multiple projects across multiple teamsCommunicate project status internally, to the project team, and externally with the customer and any other involved parties regularlyAssist with client work orders and estimatesExperience in managing multiple Software Maintenance Projects / Programs / Change RequestsQualifications for implementation project managerBE/MCA with 8+ years of Hands-on IT/Business Consulting Project/Program Management experienceCertified: PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner/ ITIL v4/ ServiceNowExcellent Communication and Inter-personal skill .Possess leadership qualities and be able to work independently with minimum supervisionEffectively collaborate within a Matrix organizationTechnical capability with site design, site configuration, configuration validation, technical troubleshooting, and data integration expertise5+ years of directly related to project management - implementation work experiencePrevious experience working directly with clients requiredPrevious experience working in CRM, ERPExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.Experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.)Our Offerings for Employee Benefits· Health Insurance for Employee+Spouse+Two Children +Parents· GPA – For Employee· Hybrid working· Compliance – PF and GratuityAbout AcademianWebsite: is a carve-out of an existing 22-year IT company – Intraedge Inc ( Academian is a service, product, and learning development company inthe education domain with a current headcount of 500+ team members.
