Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Engineer with expertise in Modern End User Services to join our IT team. This role will focus on supporting, managing, and optimizing the end-user computing environment, including Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and associated hardware and software. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to deliver an excellent user experience.


Key Responsibilities:

Microsoft 365 Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related applications. Perform tenant configuration, policy management, and license administration.


Windows Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Conduct software installations, updates, and patch management.


End User Support: Provide Tier 2/3 support for end-user issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals. Resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site as needed.


System Deployment and Imaging: Design, implement, and manage automated deployment and imaging processes for Windows devices using tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Intune.


Security and Compliance: Enforce security policies and procedures, manage device encryption (e.g., BitLocker), and ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.


Collaboration and Communication Tools: Support and maintain enterprise collaboration tools, ensuring their effective use and integration within the organization.


User Training and Documentation: Develop user guides, knowledge base articles, and conduct training sessions to improve user adoption and efficiency with IT services and tools.


Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve end-user experiences and reduce downtime through proactive monitoring, automation, and process optimization.


Incident and Problem Management: Respond to and resolve incidents and problems in a timely manner, maintaining accurate records of actions taken and escalating where necessary.
