Sr/Lead Associate- Record To Report (R2R) & AP (Accounts Payable)

Relevant industry experience of 1 to 6 yrs.

Location-Gurgaon

Interested applicants should be comfortable to work in Australian shift-3:30 am to 12:30 Pm -4:30 am to 1:30 Pm.

Job Description-RTR


To perform GL Accounting & Management Reporting - Activities would include preparation of Journal entries.

Intercompany

Reconciliations and perform other industry specific activities.

Responsible to ensure all R2R activities assigned are delivered on time with minimum rejections. Ensure no SLA/ KPI miss Identify the process issues and come up with action plans to mitigate the issues.

Good Knowledge about accounts payable domain.

Understanding about P2P cycle

Invoice Processing - PO & Non-PO

GMB handling

Query Resolution

SAP knowledge* AP reporting's i.e. GRIR, Debit balance, overdue items.

Good Verbal & written communication skills


Qualifications


Commerce Graduate/MBA finance Knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word)
