At Cogent IBS, we partner with clients to rapidly build, deploy, and scale AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business impact. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Python Developer with strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and tools. Key Responsibilities:  Develop, test, and maintain Python-based applications and tools for image processing, text, NLP, and analysis.  Design and implement machine learning models for customer use cases.  Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical AI solutions.  Optimize and deploy machine learning models into production environments considering compliance, security, and scalability.  Utilize libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, Tensor Flow, Py Torch, etc.  Conduct data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation for various datasets.  Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring robustness and efficiency.  Stay updated with latest trends in AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI technology to drive innovation. Requirements:  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.  10+years of proven experience in Python development with a focus on AI/ML, DL, Gen AI, and Agentic AI applications.  Hands-on experience with orchestration tools like Langchain, Langgraph, etc.  Hands-on experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, Num Py, SQL, Vectors, etc.  Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, Py Torch, scikit-learn).  Hands-on deployment experience of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI models is a plus.  Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in team environments.
