About the Role

Were looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer experienced in Python-based backend development and modern frontend frameworks, to build and scale our Video Telematics and GPS tracking platform.

You'll work on real-time data pipelines, cloud integrations, and video analytics dashboards that power connected vehicle intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services for GPS & video telematics applications.
  • Develop responsive frontend dashboards for live tracking, analytics, and alerts.
  • Implement and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange with devices and mobile apps.
  • Integrate real-time streaming data (video, GPS, sensors) into cloud services.
  • Work with Linux environments for deployment, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Use Docker for containerization and manage services on AWS Cloud.
  • Collaborate with IoT and mobile teams for API design and system architecture.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of deployed systems.

Technical Skills Required

Core Backend:

  • Python (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
  • RESTful API design and integration
  • Database systems: PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB / Redis

Frontend:

  • / / (preferred)
  • HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TailwindCSS or Bootstrap
  • Experience with WebSocket or real-time data visualization (bonus)

DevOps / Cloud:

  • Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Debian)
  • Docker, Docker Compose
  • AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IoT Core preferred)
  • CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab)

Additional (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with video streaming protocols (RTSP, WebRTC, HLS)
  • Familiarity with GPS data formats (NMEA, JSON over TCP/HTTP)
  • Basic knowledge of AI/ML models for video analytics
  • MQTT / IoT device communication
