We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of our expansive campus. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will oversee a wide range of functions, ensuring a safe, secure, and aesthetically pleasing learning environment for all students and staff.


Responsibilities:

  • Campus Operations: Provide comprehensive oversight of the entire 100+ acre campus, including buildings, grounds, and facilities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Serve as a neutral party, mediating and resolving conflicts between faculty, staff, students, and parents, fostering a harmonious school environment.
  • Maintenance and Construction: Collaborate with leadership teams to manage all civil works projects, construction activities, and routine maintenance of the school property.
  • Safety and Security: Develop and implement comprehensive safety and security protocols for the entire campus.
  • Cleanliness and Aesthetics: Oversee the upkeep of the school grounds, ensuring a clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing environment that reflects TISB's high standards.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets for the estate department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with all stakeholders, including faculty, staff, parents, and students. This includes crafting effective emails and reports with an exceptional command of the English language.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors for all campus-related services (e.g., security, landscaping, maintenance).
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to all local and school regulations related to building safety, security, and environmental standards.

 

Qualifications

·        Minimum 5 years of experience in estate management, campus operations, or a related field.

·        Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale facilities.

·        Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups.

·        Excellent conflict resolution and mediation skills.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·        Proficient in written and spoken English with the ability to create clear and concise communication.

·        Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in email, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.

·        A passion for education and an understanding of the unique needs of a school environment.

 

Other Professional Duties

·        Support and foster the aims of the School

·        Make themselves familiar with the contents of the Staff Handbook, the School’s aims and policies and

endeavour to follow these closely

·        Attend department meetings, teacher conferences and similar important functions as required or requested by

the Director.
