This role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions, integrating with external systems, and mentoring junior developers. You’ll work on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and B2B Commerce platforms using cutting-edge technologies like Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.- Design and implement scalable data models, workflows, and automation processes.- Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub or Azure DevOps.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development and security standards.- Provide technical mentorship and participate in code reviews.Required Skills & Qualifications:- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.- 4+ years working with Lightning Web Components (LWC).- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Case Management.- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, SOQL, and SOSL.- Experience with SFDX, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred).Nice-to-Have:- Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce, CPQ, or OmniStudio.- Additional Salesforce certifications.- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps tools.Why Join HCLTech Lucknow?- Work with a global tech leader on innovative projects.- Be part of a collaborative and inclusive team.- Access to continuous learning and career growth.- Competitive compensation and benefits.
