We are looking for a Senior Ads Manager to lead and optimise cross-platform campaigns. This senior role is ideal for a performance marketing professional with deep hands-on expertise in PPC and paid social, combined with leadership skills to drive growth across multi-market campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Manage high-budget accounts, ensuring ROI and scalability.
- Guide and mentor a team of ad specialists and account managers.
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and client teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Analyse KPIs and prepare data-driven reports and recommendations.
- Stay updated with digital marketing innovations, ad tech, and automation.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years’ experience in performance marketing / paid media.
- Proven success managing multi-channel campaigns with significant budgets.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Agency experience and exposure to international clients is a strong plus.
