Hi, We have 10+ positions in Gurgaon , Bangalore and Kolkata for the below job descriptionDevelopers: 2 Positions - 3 to 5yrs experienceSr Developers: 2 Positions - 6+yrs experienceWork type: HybridLooking for immediate joiners onlyThe Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet the needs of our organization.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow development, a strong technical background, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using REST, SOAP, and other integration techniques.Collaborate with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external applications.Provide expertise on ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions.Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.Train and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow best practices.Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency of ServiceNow applications.Write the code for new products, features, security updates, and bug fixes, Ensure all lines of code are up to original business requirements, Perform deploymentsMonitor product performanceAssisting in developing standard IT configuration management methodology via implementation of ITOM practicesAssists Configuration manager in conducting configuration audits and reconciliationMaintains CIs to ensure CMDB accuracy and completenessDrives visibility on unauthorized CI changes or alterations to environmentWorks with other ITSM processes to understand new requirements and identify how Configuration management can supportSupport and administer the tool for configuration and asset management, ServiceNow Discovery, and additional applications or modules as assignedDevelop and implement automation scripts and orchestration workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiencyCollaborate with other ITSM teams to integrate the practices with CMDBIn depth understanding of ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping toolsMust be able to develop and enhance existing ITOM implementation at ABIMust have expertise in deployment of Event Management functionalityMust have expertise in deploying functionalities of ITOMDiscovery of assets in a multi-CLOUD setupDiscovery of IT and OT assetsCertificate ManagementFacilitate knowledge sharing sessions and training to empower the IT team with ITOM best practices
