Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Production Manager/Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our dairy production facility. The role involves supervising production activities, ensuring quality and safety standards, coordinating with various departments, and driving efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production planning and execution as per schedules.
  • Monitor plant operations for quality, hygiene, and safety compliance (FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
  • Supervise shift teams and ensure target output with minimal downtime.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and inventory teams for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain accurate production records and assist in audits.
  • Promote continuous improvement and help implement best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Dairy/Food Technology or relevant field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in dairy or food manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO, and ERP systems.
