Position: Female Assistant – Unit Supervision
Location: Near arulpuram bustand palladam road
Industry: Garment / School Uniforms Manufacturing

Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising day-to-day operations of the stitching unit.
• Monitor workers' productivity, attendance, and work discipline.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage of stitching.
• Coordinate with production in-charge to meet daily targets.
• Maintain basic records of work, output, and stock movement.
• Communicate instructions clearly to workers and support smooth workflow.
• Assist in resolving minor issues related to staff, materials, or workflow.
• Report daily progress and issues to management.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.
• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
• Prior experience in garment industry / stitching unit supervision will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and people management skills.
• Basic knowledge of stitching process (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing) preferred.
• Ability to manage a team of workers with discipline and patience.
