What You’ll Do You will:  run growth for multiple D2C brands - not “support”, run.  Lead client communication with founders, operators, and marketing heads Own brand performance end-to-end - revenue, ROAS, CAC, retention Build and execute full-funnel strategies across ads, retention, CRO, landing pages, and creative Analyze numbers daily, spot patterns, and turn insights into action Manage weekly/monthly brand reviews with clarity, confidence, and direction Coordinate with performance, creative, copy, retention, design, and ops teams to keep momentum alive Drive experiments: offers, funnels, creatives, segments, pages and report outcomes Think business, not channels and make decisions that improve scale & profitability If you want to be the person clients call when they need clarity, direction, and truth - this role is for you. A Day in This Role Might Look Like Review brand dashboards before your morning coffee Message the team with actionables based on what moved overnight Call a founder and align on priorities for the week Spot a leak in the funnel and fix it before it becomes a pattern Coordinate with design + copy to ship a new offer angle Push new experiments - landing page, retention segment, ad narrative Kill what doesn’t work and shout about what does Ask: What’s the fastest route to the next milestone? Ask again: What haven’t we tried yet? Requirements 2-5 years in growth, performance marketing, creative strategy, copywriting, or a mix Strong Excel/Sheets skills — formulas, pivots, dashboards are just the basics. you need to be able to think on a spreadsheet.
