Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions on Data Science, Machine Learning, and Generative AI models (GPT, BERT, etc.).

Explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner and tailor content to different learning levels.

Guide students through hands-on projects, case studies, and real-world problem-solving exercises.

Create and update learning materials, assignments, and assessments.

Support students with doubts, queries, and technical challenges during and after class.

Collaborate with other trainers and program coordinators to ensure a smooth learning experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends in AI and incorporate new tools and techniques into the curriculum.

Motivate and mentor students to boost confidence, employability, and career readiness.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Strong knowledge of Data Science – statistics, machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing

Expertise or practical experience with Generative AI frameworks like GPT, BERT, or similar

Programming proficiency in Python and related libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy)

Experience working on real datasets, data visualization, and model deployment

Effective communication skills with the ability to teach and explain technical topics clearly

Passion for mentoring and guiding students

Ability to create engaging training materials and assessments

Preferred:

Prior experience as a trainer, mentor, or educator

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and deployment pipelines

Certifications in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning

Knowledge of data ethics and responsible AI practices
