Client is a leading web3 payments and onboarding infrastructure provider, Series A funded company in the exciting blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. They are trusted by major brands such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, Splinterlands, and AAVE and is backed by prominent VCs like Animoca Brands, UOB Venture Management, Woodstock Fund, CreditEase Fintech Investment Fund, SBI Ven Capital, and Third Kind Venture Capital.

Role Description

We are looking for a Associate Director/Director of Product to lead some of our product charters. This role will be key in helping bring millions of mainstream people into the next generation of apps by bridging the traditional finance world with the new one.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Obsession & Product Roadmap

- Talk to users and partners to understand their requirements and pain points- Analyze product metrics and user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.- Continuously assess market trends, competitive landscape and seek stakeholder feedback to refine the product roadmap.- Define and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

Team Leadership & Management

- Lead, mentor and motivate a team of product managers, business analysts and designers.- Set clear objectives, processes and provide guidance to the team to ensure alignment and timely execution/delivery of the projects

Product Lifecycle Management

- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond for his/her ownership areas.- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to drive product development and delivery.- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with product development, deployment, and market adoption.- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, compliance, sales/revenue, partnerships, etc.) to ensure successful product execution.- Engage with external stakeholders like payment providers, banks, liquidity providers, etc. to assess their product capabilities and ensure smooth launches- Act as the primary liaison between the product team and other departments and leadership.- Clear communication skills to drive your point and ensure alignment within the organization.- Work closely with the head of product to execute on the product roadmap

Web3 Evangelist

- Is a web3 enthusiast who is involved in the community and believes in it’s potential- Constantly monitors the market trends in the web3/crypto industry

We are looking for someone who

- Has at least 10 years of experience in product management specifically.- Has at least 2 years of experience in building and managing teams.- Has at least 1 year of experience in building web3 products.- Has experience of building B2B/SaaS as well as B2C products. Experience in fintech or gaming industry would be a plus.- Believes in making data backed decisions. You will drive the company culture to be a data backed organization.- Graduated from premium educational institutes like IIT's and/or IIM's.- Enjoys working in a friendly and collaborative yet entrepreneurial environment, where things move quickly and people need to take the initiative- Has clear, direct and effective communication- Obsesses about speed with adequate quality, technical details and user experience- Is excited about what we’re doing at Transak and helping to build the next generation of apps
