Obsessed with analytics — why something worked, why it didn’t, and what to do next. Comfortable taking decisions fast and standing by them. Not scared to experiment, pivot, or challenge the team for better output. A problem-solver who always asks: “What’s the outcome?” Up-to-date with social trends, creator strategies, and formats that convert. Must-Have Skills Candidates with prior experience in the health and wellness industry will be given preference. Strong understanding of content funnels, hooks, messaging, and storytelling. Platform intelligence: what works, what doesn’t, and why. Knowledge of paid + organic synergy. Idea generation that’s fast, relevant, and aligned with brand personality. Experience working with cross-functional creative teams. Experience 3–5 years in a social media or content strategy role. If your portfolio speaks louder than your CV, you’re already ahead.
