Role OverviewYou’ll be the creative and strategic force behind our social media growth — for both PPC Guru and our clients. From spotting what’s trending to crafting story-driven video scripts, you’ll manage every aspect of organic content — ideation, coordination, and execution. You’ll work closely with our design and video editing teams to turn ideas into thumb-stopping social content. ???? Key ResponsibilitiesManage and plan daily/weekly social media posts across multiple platforms (Instagram, , You Tube Shorts, etc.) Research emerging trends, formats, and viral content ideas relevant to our audience and clients Ideate content strategies to help brands grow organically and build stronger community engagement Write engaging scripts for short-form storytelling videos that connect emotionally and drive virality Communicate directly with clients to understand brand tone, messaging, and campaign goals Collaborate with designers and editors to produce creative, trend-based content Track and analyze organic performance, optimizing content for reach and retention Stay ahead of platform updates, social media algorithms, and storytelling trends ???? Who You AreA creative, smart communicator who lives and breathes social media trends Excellent English speaking and writing skills (a must) Strong understanding of storytelling, hooks, and short-form content psychology Proven ability to ideate and script content that performs organically Comfortable coordinating between clients, designers, and video editors Bonus: Knowledge of AI-based content tools, trend analysis tools, or copywriting frameworks ????
