Un Editeur Software dans l’univers Publicité Digitale/Adtech ouvre un rôle de Sales Executive Programmatique en CDI sur Paris.

Nombre d’années d’expériences attendus :  à minima 5 ans dans un role similaire dans les médias (Régie ou Agence)

Diplomes :  Bac +3/+5 en école de commerce ou de média
Langues :  Anglais professionnel bienvenu (contexte international)

Votre supérieur hiérarchique direct :  le VP Sales

Administratif :  Vous avez déjà l’autorisation de travailler en France sans besoin de passer par des démarches administratives de type Visa/Permis de travail.

MISSIONS


Au sein de l'équipe commerciale vous travaillez en relation directe avec les agences médias, ainsi que les équipes Traffic management et Publisher en interne et vos missions sont : 
  • Développer, gérer et fidéliser un portefeuille d’agences et d’annonceurs (Trading Desk Indépendant  et Small and Medium Business)
  • Prospection de nouveaux clients, générer du pipeline et du Chiffre d'affaires
  • Identifier de nouveaux Buyers en OpenAuction
  • Négociation de contrats et engagements à long terme
  • Fidéliser vos clients et créer de nouveaux partenariats (new business)
  • Evangélisation de l’offre Produit (Programmatique et Directe) auprès des clients par des présentations, workshops, plénières
  • Rencontrer les clients et prospects de votre scope et organiser des évènements avec eux (café, déjeuners, soirées)
  • Répondre aux briefs clients
  • Définir les indicateurs de performance avec les clients (de la prise de brief à l’analyse des performances)
  • Etre Garant des performances sur les deals
  • Suivre vos campagnes en ligne et leurs optimisations par les traffics
  • Assurer un reporting hebdomadaire, mensuel et trimestriel
  • Création de PMP (Private Marketplaces), Optimisation et delivery de leurs performances
  • Intervenir en support auprès des Sales, et sur le set up des deals
  • Veille sur l’écosystème programmatique
  • Relation étroite avec les parties techniques et Support

Profil
  • Diplômé(e) Bac +3/+5 en école de commerce ou de média, vous avez envie de rejoindre une régie publicitaire online en pleine croissance.
  • Vous etes optimiste, organisé(e), capable de développer des relations de proximité avec vos clients et etre force de proposition.
  • Vous etes autonome et vous aimez prendre des initiatives.
  • 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans les médias (Régie ou Agence)
  • Fort intérêt pour la communication digitale, la publicité, le média et les marques
  • Excellente écoute, très bon relationnel, grande curiosité, aisance à l’oral, grande capacité d’adaptation et fibre commerciale
  • Importante prise de recul et grande force de persuasion
  • Excellent niveau de communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral
  • Bonne maitrise dans l’utilisation quotidienne de CRM (Salesforce) et du pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Un esprit d’analyse et un esprit d’équipe
