In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will engage with customers to resolve issues, process requests, and provide guidance on the company's products and services. You will also collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer satisfaction and offer relevant product or service insights to the management team.Qualifications- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently- Experience in Sales and the ability to recommend suitable products or services to customers- Training skills, with a focus on guiding and educating customers or team members when necessary- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
