What You’ll Do Create and execute manual test cases for new and existing features. Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing across multiple modules. Test and validate APIs using Postman, Swagger, and SQL queries. Log, track, and verify defects in JIRA , working closely with developers to resolve issues. Maintain detailed test plans, documentation, and release checklists . Write and run basic automation scripts using Cypress or Playwright. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and product reliability. What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience testing web-based SaaS applications . Strong knowledge of manual testing , API testing , and QA best practices. Familiarity with Postman , JIRA , and SQL . Exposure to Cypress , Playwright , or Selenium for automation. Clear communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, agile team environment. Bonus Points Experience testing multi-tenant SaaS platforms or compliance systems . Knowledge of React , FastAPI , or AWS environments. Understanding of CI/CD workflows or release pipelines.
