We are Hiring for Our Senior Manager Manufacturing and Maintenance Operations for our Solid Tyre Manufacturing in Pudukottai

Candidate Must be at the Level of Manager Manufacturing Plant Head Operations and Maintenance from Solid Tyre Manufacturing and OTR Manufacturing Industries across Tamil Nadu. Candidate must Have good Experience in Spoken Tamil and English

Senior Manager Manufacturing Operations and Maintenance

1. Ensure more than 95% Productivity - Plan vs Actual

2. Ensure Man-power utilization - Kg/Man Hr to be analzed (Target vs Actual) and ensure TARGET
   I achieved

3. Losses to be categorized under 4M and analyzed. RCCM to be prepared based on 4M

4. Ensure production is running against firm work Order and SSO (BIG DATA) pattern. RFD given
   for firm work orders to be analyzed and action to be initiated for honouring (Completion of
   work orders) the committed dates

5. Capacity vs Actual - Data to be analyzed on daily basis - Target - 90%. Action to be initiated if
   Actual production is less than 90% against Capacity

6. Production materials availability to be checked and ensure feeding is appropriate for
   production to run without any stoppage

7. Ensure FIFO is followed for usage of Production materials

8. Defects to be controlled as per AOP target. Root cause to be analysed for all defective tyres
   and Counter measure to be taken

9. FTR to be analysed on daily basis and action to be taken for achieving FTR% as per AOP
   TARGET

10. Claims to be analysed, CM to be taken in process for reducing the same

11. To ensure Process is been carried out as per SOP. Check list to be prepared and process
    parameters (as defined by EDC) to be cross checked

12. Ensure all Systems (GT-1,2,3&4) are followed up prompty without deviation

13. 5S to be followed inside shop floor. All Pending points to be slated and review every fortnight

14. TPM principles to be followed inside shop floor. All Pending points to be slated and review
    every fortnight

15. Friction plant production to be followed and to be achieved as per set TARGET

16. Quality parameters as defined by EDC ought to be followed up and ensured in Friction plant

17. All Safety principles ought to be followed and ensured in Friction plant

18. Lump stock - Safety stock to be maintained in Friction plant

19. Machine break down hrs to be controlled as per AOP target

20. Machine maintenance expenses to be controlled as per AOP Target

21. Fuel cost/Kg and Fuel consumed/Mt to be controlled and achieved as per AOP target

22. Power cost/Kg and Power units consumed/Mt to be controlled and achieved as per AOP target

23. Hose and coupler consumption to be controlled and achieved as per TARGET

24. MTBF and MTTR to be analysed and controlled

25. All Utility equipments to be maintained

26. 100% adherance to Machine preventive maintenance in STD, FP and OTR

27. Mould break down Hrs to be controlled and achieved as per AOP TARGET.

28. Mould maintenance Expenses to be controlled and achieved as per AOP Target

29. Defect to be Mould and machine to be achieved ZERO

30. MPR, QPR and APR ppt with Data's to be prepared and reviewed with Head-Operations

31. All Safety principles ought to be followed and ensured in STD and OTR plant

32. Ensure proper maintenance of CRITICAL SPARES w.r.t machine and mould maintenance

33. ISO documentations and procedures to be followed in Production, Quality, Mc Maintenance, Mould Maintenance and stores

34. CIA, TPM, WCM, 5S and SAFETY review to be conducted regularly

35. DRM and Daily operation meeting to be conducted regularly and update to be given to Head-Operations

36. Give helping hand and Inputs for all Projects being carried out inside PDK plant

37. Involvement in all EDC activities and report to be submitted to Head-operations and Head-EDC

38. Co-ordination with Purchase, HR, Accounts, Logistics and EDC for smooth running of operations

39. Plant (prod, Quality, Mc maintenance, Mould Maintenance and Stores) operations related bills to be endorsed and expenses to be analyzed and controlled if necessary

40. Co-ordination with sister concern divisions whenever necessary.
