Minimum 10 yearsEducation:

MBBS/BAMS/BHMS/BDS with Masters in Public Health or MBA in Hospital Management with NABH & NQAS External Assessor certificationArea of specialization:

10+ years of experience working in a healthcare setting (preferably in Healthcare Management Consulting/Public Health Systems)

Job Roles & Responsibilities:End to end project management - Strategy design, implementation and project/program monitoring and evaluation and manage a cross-functional project team, including assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team membersPreparing regular project status reports, documenting the progress of the project, challenges faced and outcome achieved and communicating the same to relevant stakeholdersProvide training and support to project team members and end-users to ensure understanding and compliance with project requirements.Ensuring project meets quality standards, timely deliverables & cash flowLead and Represent Integra Ventures’ in Public Healthcare Sector including workshops, seminars, conferences, etc.,Collaborate with local Healthcare Officials, Govt. bodies, and other stakeholders to develop policies aimed at enhancing healthcare qualities for NE India.
