Product Solutions Engineer Position

We are excited to announce an opening for a Product Solutions Engineer at our Bangalore office. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-6 years of experience in product engineering, particularly those skilled in onboarding and product customization. As a full-time, in-office position, the successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing our product offerings and improving client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setup of our products according to their needs.
  • Customize product solutions based on specific client requirements, working closely with the development team to tailor features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer support, and technical teams to ensure cohesive product strategies that align with business goals.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the initial implementation phase and ongoing as needed.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins and proactive adjustments to product configurations.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients to help them understand the full capabilities of our products.
  • Gather customer feedback to aid in continuous product improvement and innovation.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in onboarding processes and product customization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to manage complex project requirements under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in technology platforms relevant to product engineering and customization.
