Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling IT hardware and networking solutions, with a strong ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements for hardware, networking, and IT infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product/service information to clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for solution design and delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales/business development within the IT hardware & networking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of networking products (switches, routers, firewalls, storage, servers, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • HSC or bachelor's degree in any stream
