We specialize in digital transformation and design thinking, delivering cutting-edge products across global financial institutions.Role Overview:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Angular Lead to join our digital product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end architecture and development using Angular and associated technologies, and a proven ability to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Lead the front-end development team and mentor junior developersTranslate complex business requirements into technical specifications and front-end architectureDesign, develop, and maintain advanced Angular applications with high performance and responsivenessCollaborate closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integrationDrive coding best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability standardsConduct code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and securityIdentify UI bottlenecks and recommend/implement performance improvementsStay current with the latest Angular trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesTechnical Skills Required:Strong proficiency in Angular 10+ (preferably Angular 12/13 or higher)Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, TypeScriptExperience with RxJS , NgRx or other state management toolsHands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend servicesFamiliarity with responsive design , cross-browser compatibility , and web accessibilityExposure to tools like Webpack , Jest/Karma , ESLint , PrettierExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplineExperience working in BFSI domain or enterprise-grade applicationsKnowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plusFamiliarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practicesSoft Skills:Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetStrong team player with a collaborative work styleWhy Join Us?Work with one of the leading FinTech product companiesOpportunity to lead and innovate in a high-impact domainCompetitive compensation and benefits
