Experience Bands & Responsibilities

Level 1 Angular Developer Years)

Designation: UI Developer / Angular Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Build responsive front-end apps with Angular 6.0+
  • Work with HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap for sleek UIs
  • Integrate APIs and handle data flow using RxJS
  • Basic MongoDB queries and operations
  • Collaborate with QA and Backend for delivery

Level 2 Senior Angular Developer Years)

Designation: Sr. UI Developer / Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Own modules & develop optimized front-end solutions
  • Use ElasticSearch for search capabilities
  • Handle backend logic with and data via MongoDB
  • Work in Agile teams; CI/CD participation
  • Troubleshoot performance issues

Level 3 Lead Angular Developer Years)

Designation: Lead Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Drive UI architecture and reusable component strategy
  • Mentor junior developers and review code
  • Implement RabbitMQ workflows
  • Integrate backend services and lead feature delivery
  • Ensure test coverage and code quality

Level 4 UI Architect / Principal Engineer (10 – 14 Years)

Designation: Principal UI Architect / Senior Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Define end-to-end architecture of Angular and stack
  • Build scalable frameworks and reusable patterns
  • Lead solutioning across full-stack components
  • Partner with design, DevOps, QA for large-scale rollouts
