Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System Development
- Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and manage the QA/QC team, including recruiting, training, and evaluating staff performance.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure that products and services meet established quality standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
Quality Control
- Oversee the QC process, including the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP).
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive quality documentation, including quality manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
- Prepare and present regular quality reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and improvement areas.
Preferred Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence) is preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality assurance and/or quality control.
- Excellent inter-personnel skills.
- Must have working exposure in Chemical Plant.
