Job Title: Placement Manager / Sr. Placement Manager
Experience: 1-3 years (PM) / 2-5 years (SPM)
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship & Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client-related activities, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Recruitment Process: Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, understanding client requirements, identifying relevant candidates from the eligible candidate pool & complete recruitment process management including Screening & assessing candidates as per client requirements.
- Coordination & Collaboration : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate candidate interviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth recruitment process for the hiring companies
- Candidate Ownership : Take ownership of candidate’s placement. Understand their strengths/weaknesses & counsel/guide them to increase their probability of getting placed
Requirements
- Experience : 1-5 years of relevant professional experience. Candidate with relevant recruitment/talent-acquisition experience will be preferred
- Recruitment Experience : Prior experience in recruitment or hiring is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills : Strong listening and interpersonal abilities. Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Networking Proficiency : Proficient in using and other networking tools.
- Recruiting Agencies and Sales Channels : Experience with leading recruiting agencies or sales channels for hiring portals is advantageous.
- Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with coding languages and terminology is preferred, ideally with a background in B.Tech or Computer Science
