Job Description
Le cabinet euRHasi recrute pour son client un Global Product Line Manager Hand and Body.
Notre client conçoit, fabrique et distribue une gamme complète d'Équipements de Protection Individuelle pour équiper les personnes de la tête aux pieds.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Marketing Groupe, vous allez manager, concevoir, développer et promouvoir une gamme d’Equipements de Protection Individuelle, répondant à des marchés ciblés et permettant d’atteindre les objectifs de croissance rentable définis par la Direction Générale, tout en s’assurant du retour sur investissement.
Vous êtes en charge de l’Etude des marchés en organisant une veille permanente technologique, normative et concurrentielle et identification des segments de marché cibles (segmentation stratégique et opérationnelle).
Vous êtes en charge de la Construction et gestion d’un portefeuille de produits organisé en gammes et/ou en collections adaptées aux marchés ciblés, pour assurer la croissance rentable de l’entreprise.
Vous avez la responsabilité de la Gestion opérationnelle courante pour assurer la profitabilité des gammes et la qualité des produits.
Déplacements professionnels : des déplacements sont à prévoir pour ce poste.
Profil recherché.
Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur idéalement complété par une formation dans le marketing, vous témoignez d’une première expérience de 8 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
Vous parlez anglais couramment., la maitrise d’une 2e langue européenne serait souhaitée.
Rigoureux (se), vous savez prendre des initiatives et êtes force de proposition.
Votre leadership vous permet de communiquer efficacement avec des parties prenantes très différentes (vente, R&D, logistique, finance, créatifs…).

Des déplacements ponctuels à l’international sont à prévoir.
Requirements
