Weekly Report. Coordinating with the Vendors Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent. Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations. Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar Ensuring END to End services under facility management Skillset required a. Strong knowledge of property operations b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations. c. Solid background in team management. d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations. e. To work within approved budgets. Experience (Years) required Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience Qualification B.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical or Electronics) or Diploma in engineering with 10-12 years of experience
