Key Responsibilities
- Nursing Staff Coordination
Manage daily duty allocation and deployment of nursing staff.
Ensure proper induction, training, and orientation for new nursing employees.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling of nursing staff.
Maintain records of nursing staff certifications, background verification (BGV), and performance evaluations.
2. Patient Care & Visits
Handle patient/home visit requirements and allocate nurses accordingly.
Visit patients in case of complaints or escalations and ensure service satisfaction.
Conduct field visits if required to support conversion of new leads.
3. Payment & Case Follow-up
Ensure everyday payment follow-up with patients and clients.
Track and follow up on old cases to ensure timely payment clearance.
Coordinate with accounts/admin team for updates on payments.
4. Business & Cross-Selling
Promote and cross-sell company services (e.g., equipment rentals, home healthcare services) during patient interactions.
Support the business development team in lead conversion by providing on-ground insights.
5. Compliance & Standards
Ensure compliance with company policies, patient care standards, and grooming guidelines.
Address nursing staff grievances, escalate unresolved issues, and support employee retention.
6. Reporting & MIS
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports for nursing deployment, attendance, and payments.
Use basic computer applications (MS Excel, Word, Email) for data management and reporting.
