Job Description


Key areas of Responsibilities(R2R)

  • Journal entries within the required Turn-Around-Time
  • Month End Reconciliations
  • Intercompany
  • Reconciliation
  • Accruals
  • Adhere to Month End Closer/Year End Closer time lines
  • Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams
  • Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues



Key areas of Responsibilities(AP)


  • Process all invoices assigned within the required Turn-Around-Time
  • Initiate follow up for the parked documents
  • Reversals and corrections of incorrect posted invoices
  • Handle the Blocked resolutions
  • GRIR Query Resolution
  • Processing all recodes received
  • Coordinating with external clients and internal stakeholders via email to resolve the issues
  • Adhere to Month End Closer/Year End Closer time lines
  • Explore for continuous process improvements and share best practices across teams
  • Contribute to team metrics by achieving stated productivity and accuracy goals on a daily basis


Key areas of Responsibilities(AR)


  • Good Knowledge on Accounts Receivable Process + Cash application
  • Monitoring the results especially against the SLA levels and internal metrics, taking improvement actions whenever needed.
  • Cooperate fully during internal and external audits.
  • Comply with company ethical standards while executing daily functions.
  • Fulfill other tasks given by the management.
  • Effective business communication, particularly with regard to:
  • Communicate all relevant information and enquires to the appropriate person/teams.
  • Supporting the team in resolving more difficult or complex queries.
  • Liaise with appropriate teams (e.g. CRC, Bank operations teams, Payment team, collection & other internal stake holders business, client, IT …) to address/solve issues; follow on learning, changes; leveraging/best practice sharing
  • Escalate queries/issues in the timelines and guidelines provided
  • Working on maintaining high level of service delivery:


Knowledge and Skills Required:


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting
  • 2-4 year relevant business experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written, good command of English Language)
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and principles
  • Target oriented with strong focus
  • Experience with SAP added advantage
  • Flexible with Shifts
  • Good Typing skills
  • Experience in F&A applications (SAP, Oracle, any other ERP and MS Office applications)
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • Good Communication skills
  • Decision making, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Target oriented with strong focus
  • Eye for detail and accuracy
  • Good Attitude coupled with flexibility to work with the team and flexible to work in any shifts.
