We are looking for a Finance Analyst - Account Payables to join our Finance Services Business Area in the Finance & Accounting Operations division based in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will report to the Accounting & Reporting Manager - Account and will be responsible for processing accounting transactions for Accounts Payable (AP) accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.

Your responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure timely reporting by performing necessary activities within the accounts payable area
  • Analyze and generate reports as required, taking appropriate actions
  • Ensure compliance with internal control over financial reporting in accounts payable
  • Participate in internal control testing and maintain relevant documentation
  • Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Verify invoices for fiscal and internal control compliance
  • Organize and coordinate tasks or projects to support processes or internal teams
Your background
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in Commerce with a Degree/post-graduate degree
  • Proficiency in SAP, P2P, invoice processing, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Readsoft, CFIN, vendor reconciliations, and query handling is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
