Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Bellary. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee inquiries and conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications

  • Skills in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and on-site in Bellary
