Client Communication Executive

Role Overview You will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities Maintain daily communication with assigned clientsTake detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasksCoordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketersEnsure timely delivery of all deliverablesManage revisions, feedback loops, and approvalsPrepare weekly reports and performance updatesConduct scheduled review calls with clientsTrack all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirementsIdentify early signs of issues and escalate proactivelyBuild strong client relationships through consistency and clarityRequired Skills Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Telugu preferred)Strong understanding of digital marketing basicsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureStrong ownership and accountability mindsetAbility to handle client expectations professionallyComfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Sheets, and project management toolsExperience 1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or coordinationAgency experience is an added advantageSalary (Hyderabad Range) ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month(Depending on experience and communication quality)Performance Metrics (KPIs) Client satisfaction scoreOn-time delivery rateNumber of escalationsQuality of briefs, reports, and follow-upsClient retentionHow to Apply Email your resume + portfolio (if any) to:Email: Subject line:Application – Client Communication Executive – Your NameContact / WhatsApp:
