SummaryWe are hiring a Team Lead Planner (Paid Social) to join our One Marketplace team. This role is focused on Paid Social and sits within our One Marketplace team, which manages biddable media - Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic.

ResponsibilitiesWorks with clients to understand the brand and implement social initiatives among paid social media advertising.Works with media mix of the following channels: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Adwords/Bing.Utilizes social platforms natively (Facebook/IG, Twitter, Pinterest, , Snapchat) and within PMD technology for paid social media.Oversees day-to-day client operations, management of internal teams, thought leadership, and POV development.Assists with training and supervising internal teams to ensure best-in-class strategy and execution

Experience & Competencies2 + years of working with paid social media and strategy.1-2+ years’ advertising agency or media agency experience.‘Hands-on Keyboard’ experience in social platforms.Strong organizational skills and ability to balance tight deadlines and challenges.
