The Team
Today’s business challenges present a new wave of HR, talent and organization priorities. Deloitte’s Human Capital services leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to help design and execute critical programs from business-driven HR to innovative talent, leadership, and change programs.
Work you’ll do
As an HR BPO Consultant within the HC Managed Services function, following activities for the client need to be performed:
Execute HR operations processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and HRIS data management Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies in HR operations Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or related databases Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their HR operational queries and needs Collaborate with clients to understand their specific HR requirements and ensure services are tailored accordingly Identify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes and operational efficiency Implement best practices and drive process enhancements as necessary Ensure HR operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and industry standards Perform regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and process compliance Maintain records of HR operations, transactions, and relevant documentation Coach Associate Analyst/Analysts on HR BPO roles and responsibilitiesSkills Required:
Understands basic HR transformation concepts and ideally working experience supporting numerous HR life cycle events. Experience of working on HR systems like workday, success factor, oracle, Darwinbox etc. is preferable Good Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Outlook Demonstrate ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience. Good Communication and analytical skills Should be proactive and quick learner Strong team player Willingness and ability to take initiative and learn independently.Bachelor's / Post Graduation Diploma / Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, Information Technology, or other relevant field. This role might involve travel and working in shifts This role might require 100% onsite presence (Work from office) 1-3 years of relevant experience
