Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding and experience of about 10-15 years in Industry, preferably in the Banking Sector. Demonstrates intimate knowledge of industry pain points and problems impacting the industry.
  • Solid understanding and relationships with key players (like CXOs) within the eco-system. Must have strong consulting orientation including an ability to quickly comprehend business problems and articulate solutions in terms of business value provided.
  • The individual is expected to leverage Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML for building innovative use cases and solving industry challenges.
  • Should have an Agile Delivery mindset of converting POCs to assets. Should have been involved in developing Thought Leadership papers.
  • Collaborate with the Product Managers/Owners and Tech Leads across multiple teams across the business catering to below objectives

Planning

  • Work with teams to ensure discovery and delivery processes and cadences are established and functional
  • Support teams by creating and maintaining sprint & release plans that accurately reflect the teams objectives and velocity
  • Track resource availability, plan for back-ups and communicate to relevant stakeholders.

Delivery

  • Identify and document risks, issues & dependencies with actions to mitigate, be accountable for removal of impediments
  • Work closely with teams to ensure Definition of Done is established and items are being delivered by responsible parties with each release
  • Ensure communications to business regarding product releases and changes happen in a timely fashion
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Coordinate and evangelise retro culture with actions documented and accountable for execution of follow ups
  • Measure team progress versus Nice best practice scorecards

Reporting

  • Work with team to produce status reports covering all of the above for management information at regular cadence

Must have

  • Minimum experience to 7+ years in Software delivery/Ops/Agile teams
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC, DevOps, CICD concepts
  • Expertise in JIRA/Confluence
  • Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and setting right governance structure
  • Demonstrate an ability to effectively collaborate between different stakeholders, eg Dev and Operations teams to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with emphasis on attention to detail
  • Project management related certifications will be added advantage
