The Role
The Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in leading the overall delivery of change for CitoPlus, co-ordinating across business and technology teams – from idea to post implementation monitoring. To be successful, this role needs a strong understanding of the technical steps required to deliver a high quality, on time result – driving the business outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring release management is co-ordinated and executed in a safe and efficient manner to deliver high quality, on time releases.
- Executing technical implementations across the CitoPlus environments
- Co-ordinating across key functions (including product, development, testing, internal change management and external communication)
- Continually uplifting the quality of releases, working closely with technical and QA leads
- Working with external parties (lenders and aggregators) to co-ordinate change upstream and downstream
Requirements
- 5-8 years experience in a technology and business change environment
- Strong technical skills across development, test and implementation skills
- Experience working with complex data integrations working with enterprise level platforms
- An owner mindset – you need to own and deliver on the implementation outcomes
- Organisational and multitasking abilities with a strong focus on detail and tasks.
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
