ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the recruiting team to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Assist in reviewing and screening resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Schedule and coordinate online challenges and technical interviews with subject matter expertise, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.Manage candidate data and maintain accurate feedback records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Organize candidates’ data (e.g. resumes, assignments and contact details) in internal databases.Shortlist resumes to coordinate online challenges and technical interviews with subject matter expertise as needed.Coordinate interviews with various clients.Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.Assume other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree with at least
3 years’ full cycle talent acquisition experience.3+ years’ experience in a similar role in talent acquisition or as a resource manager.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Thrives in a high volume, fast paced setting .Ability to effectively support and manage
multiple priorities.Having technical background is preferred.
